Comment:

 intrepid still has GRASS 6.2.  GRASS 6.4 (and IIRC GRASS 6.3) the argument
 is const.

 Our ubuntu [https://launchpad.net/~qgis/+archive/unstable/+packages ppa]
 already has packages for intrepid (including a
 [http://launchpadlibrarian.net/31748954/qgis_1.3.0-1~intrepid6.diff.gz
 patch])
