 1. Create project[[BR]]
 2. Create a layer from csv[[BR]]
 3. Save project[[BR]]
 4. Close QGIS[[BR]]
 5. Move csv somewhere else[[BR]]
 6. Open saved project[[BR]]
 7. When asked to find a layer, try to choose CSV from where it was
 moved[[BR]]
