 1. Open any vector layer and go to attribute table;[[BR]]
 2. Attribute table window contains numbers of features in current
 layer;[[BR]]
 3. Toggle editing and delete any features from layer;[[BR]]
 4. Save changes. Numbers of features in window title is not changed.[[BR]]
