 Identify tool works incorrect when using of feature form is enabled. To
 reproduce:

 1. Settings-Options-Map tools, check "Open feature form, if a single
 feature is identified"[[BR]]
 2. Load any shapefile with few features[[BR]]
 3. Identify any feature[[BR]]
 4. Select another map tool (for example Pan) and then again select
 Identify tool. The feature form appears.

 Patch for fixing this attached.
