 For change Coordinate Reference System of Map Canvas with CRS of one
 layer, it is necessary select CRS by list in Project Properties Dialog.
 This task will be better if have the choice this change can be by layer.
 This task can be on right click layer in legend (context menu) or with
 listbox to select layers in Project Properties Dialog.
