Hello,
Just a nit but I thought worth pointing out. There is a small
inconsistency which may confuse some people with respect to the separator
between the ISO language and country code. To launch qgis with Brazilian
Portuguese, you says...
qgis --lang=pt_BR
Unfortunately, the translation page on the
wiki(http://www.qgis.org/wiki/GUI_Translation_Progress) uses a dash
instead of an underscore. The wiki uses pt-BR which will not work as a
command line argument.
