 Because I need rotation of the symbols by a layer attribute, currently I
 am using the old symbology.

 Yes, the problem occurs:[[BR]]
 with SVG symbols[[BR]]
 with size in map units (and not in pixel)[[BR]]
 in PDF export and raster export
