 Done, rm -rf build; mkdir build; cd build ccmake
 -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/tmp ../qgis && make && make install

 Same problem, still get '/python' as first element of Python path.
 Maybe cmake caches something in the source tree ?
