Comment:

 Actually it's not a SIP problem, but a PyQt4 problem.  PyQt4 contains
 {{{QSet<int>}}} starting with 4.7.5.   r14325 enables QGIS' version of
 {{{QSet<int>}}} only for earlier versions.
