 We also found that the rectangle of the zoom-tool is not transparent (on
 3/4 kubuntu installations). It would be possible to replace the zoom-tool
 rectangle (QRubberBand) with a QgsRubberBand to fix it. However, this
 would be a bit risky so short before the release...
