 Histogram stretch to full dataset for TMS layers
 (e.g. http://www.gdal.org/frmt_wms_openstreetmap_tms.xml )
 hangs Qgis gui (probably forever) with the 'computing statistics' status
 message. Shouldn't the button be disabled for TMS layers?
