#3804: Georeferencer deletes active raster
---------------------------------------------------------+------------------
Reporter: jprouty | Owner: borysiasty
Type: bug | Status: new
Priority: critical: causes crash or data corruption | Milestone: Version 1.7.0
Component: Python plugins and bindings | Version: Trunk
Keywords: georeferencer | Platform_version: Ubuntu 11.04
Platform: Linux | Must_fix: No
Status_info: 0 |
---------------------------------------------------------+------------------
If you set the output raster to overwrite the input raster (the one that
is being georeferenced) but then click cancel while the georeferencer is
reprojecting the file, the original file will end up getting deleted. This
is most likely not desirable, as you end up losing your data.
