 QGIS 1.6.0-2 for Snow Leopard[[BR]]
 QGIS 1.7 r15814 for Snow Leopard (64bit Intel Qt 4.7 Cocoa)[[BR]]

 Same issue.  Any change to the symbology of a layer hard crashes QGIS on
 Apply/OK.[[BR]]

 No current version available for our Macs that will allow symbology
 changes.
