[Qgis-us-user] Reviving the US Chapter

I think we were all busy that day - Kurt, myself, and Michelle Tobias 
are currently running down leads for various aspects of the Chapter - 
like social media, website, etc.

As soon as we get a handle on that we can move this in a forward 
direction. Things are moving - just bear with us.
