[Qgis-us-user] Reviving the US Chapter

It needs more work - I want to put Point of Contacts up there for people
like yourself. That's gonna be part 2 coming up shortly. I'm flailing a
bit with the "github" on this - but so far so good. I only broke it
once....well maybe twice.
I'd like to start a section on Regional activities. Maybe we can start
with small lunches or meetings and get users talking in person.
