[Qgis-us-user] Importing Satellite Images

Hi I have question about importing satellite images. I have my own
satellite images in shape files, jpeg files, and many other types of files
but I can't figure out how to import them into QGIS. I have searched up and
found out how to import aerial images from the web like google maps and
what not but I have not found how to import my own images. Thanks!
