What's the address of the "official" plugin repository?
I have
http://spatialserver.net/cgi-bin/pyqgis_plugin.rb
and does not work.
(the "In development" one
http://www.geog.uvic.ca/spar/carson/cfarmerQgisRepo.xml
works fine)
