[Qgis-user] Navigation with the middle mouse button

cool - this seems to cover zooming with the mouse wheel, taking the
current mouse position as a new center.

However, the panning does not seem to be covered. Do you know of a
different enhancement/bug for panning with the middle mouse button? I did
not find it in trac.
