[Qgis-user] Problem to load wms layer in QGiS 0.10

Hi Vera,

a little googleing gave me this one, which is responding with a proper 
getcapabilities-xml both in a browser and in qgis:

http://wms1.ccgis.de/cgi-bin/mapserv?map=/data/umn/germany/germany.map&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&SERVICE=wms&VERSION=1.1.1
