Yes, a more extensive help for users (and better separated from the admin one) 
would be a nice improvement. I always wonder what is the "Awaiting user 
input" field for.

Btw. who is the trac admin? In the 'version' drop-down list the '1.0.0' value 
is placed at the end instead of between HEAD and 0.11
