I attended an excellent GeoServer workshop at FOSS4G2008. The workshop
handouts are detailed and I managed various configurations using the
sample data without any trouble. A link to the abstract is posted
below, but I am unable to find the handouts and sample data on the
FOSS4G2008 site. I have a CD (sitting at the office right now) with
the notes and data and could provide a copy if you are interested.
