[Qgis-user] Update english documentation to 0.9.2

Hi, 

now that qgis RC1 is released, we know what new features will be in version
0.9.2 so we can start to update the english "master"-documentation.

Anybody (especially native speakers) who is interested to help, please write an
email to "qgis-doc" <qgis-doc at lists.osgeo.org> so we can coordinate the work.
In the next days I will start to write a TODO list and add it to the wiki:
