[Qgis-user] qgis and postgis warning!

I filled qgis by source-package on Debian / lenny
but when I try to import a layer PostGIS gives me
this warning:

"The installation PostGIS lacks support GEOS.
The selection of geometries and displaying the information associated does
not work well.
Please install PostGIS with the support GEOS
(http://geos.refractions.net) "

PostGIS is compiled with - with-geos = yes and
select postgis_full_version () gives me:

"POSTGIS="1.2.0" GEOS="3.0.0-CAPI-1.4.1" PROJ="Rel. 4.6.0, 21 Dec 2007"
USE_STATS"

Any idea?
