[Qgis-user] Plugin directory in 0.11

Hi!

Where can the plugin directory be defined? It used
to be possible in the Pluging Manager, but cannot find it
any more. Directory /usr/lib/qgis is indicated now, while
the plugin directory used to be /usr/local/lib/qgis
