[Qgis-user] v0.9.2 Add Delimited Text Layer

I had a similar problem with a comma-delimited text file using 0.10.
I am guessing the problem was related to the fact that some of the
values in the file have commas in them.  The values are quoted, but I
would bet that they are what is causing the issue.
