I think it's related to the GDAL built in the 0.10 version for Windows. I've 
just noticed the same problem with this version, whereas the linux versions 
(both 0.10 and 0.11) open the file (created by ogr2ogr, not every GML of 
course) with no problem. I have no possibility to test it in the 0.11 for 
Win.
