[Qgis-user] bug squashing

Hi all.
The number of bugs is constantly increasing. Most of them (184/340) are
enhancements or wishes (some of them very important though), some are
probably invalid, but many are genuine problems.
I decided therefore to help by putting some money to hire additional
developers and have them fixing specific bugs and fulfilling wishes,
especially important and long standing ones.

If anybody is willing to join in, they're most welcome. The more
resources, the faster we will be able to have bugs fixed.
