[Qgis-user] Qgis segfaults on Kubuntu

Hi
I don't have the package uim-qt3 installed on my system, so the
problem must lie elsewhere.
Also, the solution Christy posted seems to be for GNOME users, and I'm
on KDE. As I mentioned earlier, Qgis was working fine until I did an
upgrade on some packages... Could it be that it is python related? I
do remember there being some python-kde4 and python-sip packages in
the upgrade. I noticed that I also can't start the eric4 IDE (which is
written in python), but aside from that (and Qgis) I can use my other
software as usual.
No one else having this problem? Help!?
