My mistake. The packages causing the error were from qgis-unstable-jef
(did not tried qgis-unstable). After adding it to my sources without
removing ubuntugis-unstable i get some updates
libqgis1.2.0 (1.2.0-1~jaunty1) to 1.2.0-1~jaunty1
qgis (1.2.0-1~jaunty1) to 1.2.0-1~jaunty1
qgis-plugin-grass (1.2.0-1~jaunty1) to 1.2.0-1~jaunty1
qgis-plugin-grass-common (1.2.0-1~jaunty1) to 1.2.0-1~jaunty1
and then the symbol lookup error comes back.
Of course I have no particular reason for using both ubuntugis-unstable
and qgis-unstable(-jef?). I just like to mess things up.
