[Qgis-user] S57 to PostgreSQL and S57 to SHP conversion problems

Hi,

I've been trying to upload / convert my S57 format (*.000) files directly
into PostgreSQL (PostGIS), but failed  to do so because the QGIS - GDAL GUI
generating an error.

Please find the attached screenshot of the error that I'm getting.

Also facing problems when I'm trying to convert any shape file into a S57
format file.

Can anyone help in this r
