[Qgis-user] action on win32

Dear List Members,

I have tried to add action to a field of a shape file. I use QGIS 1.0.
The action was to start a google search with the field content.
On Fedora 9 it works in identify and attribute table window too, but on 
windows xp it doesn't work in the attribute table.
My action:

"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" http://google.com/search?q=%NEV

Starting the action from the attribute table qgis doesn't replace %NEV 
with the content of the field, a get

http://www.google.com/search?q=%NEV

in the broser URL.

Is it a bug?
