[Qgis-user] Keyboard shortcuts - customization

How to customize, or add new keyboard shortcuts to QGIS? I.e. I want
shortcuts to "toggle edit", "add/move/remove vertex", "open atribute
table", "obiect info". This will make my life easier;)
