Yes I do, and in fact another user (thanks to Bob Moskovitz!) has 
already updated manageR to the latest QGIS 1.0.0, so I will put this in 
my repository very soon.
Apologies for the delay, the original idea was to update manageR to the 
latest R version, but I have not got that far yet, so at this point, it 
will only work with R version <= 2.6.2 I believe...

I'm glad you find it useful, once I finally get around to updating 
manageR to the latest Rpy version, there will be all sorts of 
improvement that will make it even more R-like!
