[Qgis-user] "Freehand" raster georeferencing

Have got some raster maps. But there are no points with known
coordinates on this maps. I want to do some "georeferencing" for this
rasters, and only way to do it, is to move/scale/rotate as long, as they
didn't fit to the other maps with known coordinates. Just something like
"freehand georeferencing". I know that there is lack of accuracy, but in
some cases this is better that none. So, anybody works on something that
can do it? Plugin? Feature? Or maybe, I should add a ticket to trac.
