[Qgis-user] WMS Plugin and HTTPS

Hey Folks,

I am trying to access a WMS that uses HTTPS.

When I access it through firefox I get a GetCapabilities document
returned fine.

When I try the same through the WMS plugin I get a 403 (Forbidden
error).

Trying it in firefox again as regular HTTP I get a forbiden (assuming
403).

This suggests the WMS plugin can not consume HTTPS WMS?

Is this correct?

Can this be changed?
