[Qgis-user] Georeferencing geotiff

Hi all.
I got a jpg map, and georeferenced that with Georeferencer Plugin, using the
grid coordinate values and it worked fine. But when I try to georeference a
geotiff raster, I get no result. I put the raster on the same coord ref syst
of the project, the plugin created the *.wld* and the *.tif.points* files
but when I load the raster it maintain the same position of before
georeferencing.
Any tip of what's wrong?
