[Qgis-user] Need Help

Hello

Could someone help me understand why I have this message every time I  
start QGIS? And what the solution could be. If I try to acces the  
Plugin Manager QGIS crashes. I have made sure all dependencies are  
installed beforehand. I do am not sure how to proceed. I know it is a  
python issue, should I reinstall it?

Any help is much appreciated
