[Qgis-user] support for OGC standards

Hi,

maybe this should go to dev ml, but i try here first: I was asked to add
qgis to list of "implementing" projects of OGC [1]. Of course, anybody
of you could do it, but we will need to answer the questions,
considering the versions of standards does qgis and it's plugin support.

So, how is it? According to users manual and what I know/have heard
about, qgis supports:

OGC WMS 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.3
OGC WFS
OGC SimpleFeature
OGC WPS ?
OGC CSW ?
?? OGC WCS ??

anything else ?
