Agus,

I think the shortcut keys Alt-F7 will change the mouse pointer to a hand
in the center of the active screen, and then you can move the window
outside the upper bounds of the desktop to reach the buttons at the
bottom. In my set-up (Ubuntu) this works, while clicking on the system
menu item  "Move Window" will not work because the window vertical
position is confined.

It's a handy shortcut to remember on an EeePC, even if it does not work
for you this time.
