[Qgis-user] License evolution for Quantum Gis

Hi,

I would like to know if the use of a GPL license for QGIS is linked to the
GPL license of Qt or if there is other reason.

With the new LGPL license of Qt 4.5, could we expect QGIS to become LGPL
licensed ?
Is there any consequence of having a commercial license of Qt on the
licensing policy of QGIS ?
