There is only one, multilingual version. Unfortunately, you can easily force any 
language BUT English (I'll try to fix it for the qgis 1.2). If you want to force 
English on an operating system set to Dutch, the only way is to call qgis with 
parameter --lang=en

So if you calling qgis with desktop or menu shortcut, you need adjust its 
properties by changing the command form "qgis" to "qgis --lang=en"

If you want to force any other language supported by QGIS, it's much simpler. 
Just go to the menu Extra -> Opties... -> Locale tab, check the "Systeem locale 
negeren" and choose the desired language.
