[Qgis-user] SDA4PP

[Volkan Kepoglu]

rggobi and iplots packages are required for tool: Rggobi and Linked
Statistical Display in the SDA4PP.

the rest of the tool in the plugin do not use two package. So, the plugin
should work without installing two package if you do not use these two tool.
