[Qgis-user] SDA4PP ver.0.141 is avaiable in the repo

Changes since the last release of SDA4PP:

NEW TOOLS:
1. Clark and Evans Aggregation Index:
Index measures the pattern that is either clustered or ordered. Applying
different types of edge correction methods are optional.

2. Local Version of Ripley’s K and L function:
The tool plots either all local K/L function or only for specific point.

3. Generate Random Point:
The tool generates the random point pattern according to the homogeneous,
inhomogeneous or gauss poisson process. Plotting and/or saving the pattern
as shape file is also possible.

4. Average Nearest Neighbor Analysis:
The parameters like observed and expected mean distance, ratio and Z-score
can be seen in the dialog as the result of analysis.

5. Generate Regular Point:
The tool generates regular point according to the user specified space
between the points or the number of points. Study area of regular point can
be unit square or any extent of vector layer. Plotting and saving the
pattern as shape file is also possible.

6. Nearest Point and Distance:
The tool calculates nearest point and/or distance to either one or two point
pattern. The calculation is listed in the dialog. Saving the calculation as
matrix as comma delineated TXT file is optional. Another option is to plot
the nearest neighbor point with arrows.

IMPROVEMENTS:
7. Quadrat Test Tool: Calculation parameters can be seen in the dialog and
fitting inhomogeneous poisson become possible.
8. Density Tool: Resolution of raster images can be increased to get more
dense image.
9. Progress bar is added to each tool.
10. Readqgislayer class is partially re-written.

Note: there is no need to install additional or new library, only updating
the plugin should work to use it.
