[Qgis-user] What is the matter with QGis versus MS Windows?

Hello All,

I just wanted to say that I am using qgis on a Windows Vista platform without any problems.

Of course I am a "newby" to qgis and have started with the basics.  I don't even know what gdal and grass are.
