[Qgis-user] Display tooltips with attribute when moving over a feature

Is the a way that allows one to display tooltips for a selected
feature/s with attribute information as the mouse point moves over a
feature.

As an example you have loaded the continents of the world, when you
move your mouse over Africa - the name Africa is then displayed as a
tooltip.
