[Qgis-user] Save Paths Relative to the .qgs project file

This only works when your data is below the project file.  In that case the
path to the project file is stripped from the data file, ie. if your project
/foo/bar.qgs your data must also in /foo or some subdirectory of it.

But I'm currently working on that...
