Hi Alexander, (cc to list for all involved)

I got the invitation - unfortunately the responsible person from the 
institute  is currently on vacation for the next 2 weeks.
So i asked the Institute where I formerly worked if I can write in their 
name and they agreed ..
I'll probably send you the sheet today or tomorrow and I have no idea 
how long it will take to reach you.
I still hope that you are allowed to come and I hope all other problems 
are solved already ..
