[Qgis-user] GPS tools plugin: web page? repository?

I cannot find the GPS tool plugin under
my .qgis/python/plugin directory

Also, it is not listed under
Fetch Python Plugins/Plugins

and cannot find its web page as it's not listed in

http://www.qgis.org/en/download/plugins.html
or
http://pyqgis.org/repo/contributed

any clue?
