Hi everyone iam the one of the qgis  1.4.0 user,Actually iam doing a project
work in that,
          I had a raod network shape file  on that layer i want to carry a
shorttest path, routing analysis.
          .I saw  an artical about QUANTUM NAVIGATOR on the internet.But i
don;t know how to install.
Can some one help me please
