Can you be more specific. What doesn't work? what result do you get?
Be aware that the outlet point must lie *exactly* on a stream. It's best 
to display the stream layer you got from r.watershed, and choose X-Y for 
the outlet drainage point by viewing the coordinates in the status bar.
